Hi, I’m Chisom Collete Ottah, a talent sourcer, talent acquisition specialist, recruiter, and certified career coach with over five years of experience helping startups and established companies hire exceptional technical and non-technical talent.

I hold a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School.

I’m passionate about teaching, mentoring, and supporting people as they grow into the best versions of themselves - both professionally and personally.

Hi! I'm Iyin, a Talent Sourcer at Stack Shift. In this role, I assist fast-growing tech startups to find experienced high-potential candidates across engineering and design roles. In addition to sourcing, I also send recruiting emails and follow-ups to these candidates, as well as track the hiring pipelines for the various roles.
